Built by operators, for operators.
Bookberry didn't start as a booking engine in search of a problem. It started inside real tour operations — under real pressure — and grew into the infrastructure modern travel businesses actually need.
Four principles. Every module. Every decision.
What we hold ourselves to — internally and externally — as the platform grows.
Built from the operational reality
Every module is shaped by problems we hit running real tours, real venues, real dispatch. Not whiteboard SaaS — production-tested infrastructure.
Standards-first, vendor-agnostic
OCTO 2.0 native. API-first. No proprietary middleware. The operator owns the data, the integrations, and the exit path.
AI-native by design, not retrofit
The AI Layer was architected before the first module shipped. Every module exposes structured data and actions the AI Layer can reason over.
Reliability before features
We don't ship a module until it can carry production load with 99.99% uptime targets. Stability is the product.
How Bookberry started
The platform was forged inside live tour operations — not a lab, not a hackathon. The first version processed real bookings, real refunds, real dispatch under production pressure long before it had a marketing page.
That origin still shapes every decision. Engine shipped first because attractions were the most underserved. Pay and HQ are next because every operator we talked to was bleeding from twelve disconnected vendors. AI Layer is the substrate because the next decade belongs to operators who don't scale headcount with revenue.
We are early. The roadmap is honest about it — twenty modules, in waves, across three acts. What we don't do is fake a roadmap. Every status badge on this site is the truth.
By the numbers
What Bookberry covers, today and on the roadmap.
Developed with the support of Cityberry Tourism Technologies
Cityberry runs the real-world tour operations that Bookberry was forged inside. The platform's reliability targets — 99.99% uptime, 100K+ tickets processed, zero downtime incidents — come from Cityberry's production load, not lab demos. Cityberry remains the strategic operator partner shaping Bookberry's roadmap.
